About Llanhennock

Llanhennock is a small village and community in Monmouthshire, located 2 miles from Caerleon and 5 miles from Usk.  Situated on the banks of the River Usk the village boasts magnificent views across the valley and beautiful countryside.

Set in beautiful surroundings is St Johns Church, Llanhennock.  The church remains important to the local community and its grounds are a resting place to many local families and landowners whose ancestors still live and work in Llanhennock.

Perhaps the most popular attraction in Llanhennock is the Wheatsheaf Inn.  Here is the heart of the community, warm and inviting the pub is truly traditional and exceptionally popular with locals and visitors alike.


About Tredunnock

Llanhennock's neighbouring village is Tredunnock, this idyllic rural hamlet is situated 4 miles from Caerleon and 4 miles from Usk.

The village has a parish church, St Andrews which has a 14th century tower and contains a Roman tablet, testament to its historical background.   

The village is also fortunate to have the Newbridge-on-Usk restaurant on its doorstep. The restaurant and bar is nestled on the banks of the River Usk with fabulous views across countryside.
